100% pinot noir all harvested from vineyards in monterey county and lodi. The grapes were picked in the cool mornings crushed and fermented with the skins for one week to extract the rich color and flavor with 100% malo-lactic fermentation. The wine was then aged for 10 months in barrel and tank. Light ruby color with aromas of strawberry with notes of raspberry and vanilla. Fresh strawberry and raspberry flavors long fruit finish. Great with salmon roast pork and mushrooms.
