This wine is made with a grape variety named in peru as borgoa also known in other american countries as isabela and concord. Raised at our own vineyards at caete valley this variety has taken advantage of the dry and sunny weather of southern peru to develop its remarkable properties for making wine. Matches great with spicy and sweet-sour dishes seasoned meats and pasta.
