This D.O.C. Venezia Pinot Grigio from Tenuta Polvaro is harvested at 100120 q.li/ha in early September and crafted with gentle pressing cold settling and 810 days fermentation at 18C. Aged 4 months in stainless steel with btonnage it shows pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections aromas of pear white peach and acacia flowers and a dry fresh balanced palate with a persistent finish. Perfect with seafood risottos and fresh cheeses.
