Its lingering aftertaste makes it a perfect accompaniment to seafood risotto delicate pasta dishes salads and medium-mature cheeses. Harvesting selected hand-picked grapes. Vinification 50% vinified by the white wine method by gently pressing whole grapes and 50% vinified with 10 hours of cryomaceration. Fermentation takes place at a constant controlled temperature of 16-18°c. Malolactic fermentation is completed. Fermentazione malolattica completamente svolta. Aging 8 months in steel tanks on the yeast lees and 3 months in the bottle. Colour intense straw yellow with greenish tinges.
