Vineyard description: the monastrell vines are aged between 25 and 35 they grow in system glass on land with lots of limestone. Temperature fluctuations are large from 10º c in the morning to about 43 ° c at noon. Few or little rain. Tasting notes: bright red. Aromatic tones of red fruits and blackberries complemented by hints of liquor and herbs. Indicators of its quality are the firm characteristics focusing on flavors of raspberries and black cherries; its core is the strong acidity. The finish is subtle blackcurrant and has a good persistence. No exceedance of fat.
