Jacopo Poli Mirtillo Blueberry Liqueur

This delightful grappa-based liqueur is flavored with blueberries. The grappa is made from pomace sourced from a mixture of DOC grapes grown in the Vicenza province of the Veneto region. 28% ABV Tasting Notes Poli Mirtillo is a grappa-based liqueur that is medium ruby-purple in color with lovely aromas of red fruit blueberries and lily of the valley. On the palate it is well-rounded balanced and flavorful. Distillation: Poli uses copper pot stills for distillation which is carried out at the time of grape harvest. The final distillate at 75% abv is lowered to 28% by the addition of distilled water. The distillate is then infused with blueberry flavors. It is then chilled to 40°F filtered and bottled.
