10 years average ageing in the Solera and Criadera maturing system. 40% ABV A selection of old casks which previously contained Amontiallado and Oloroso Sherry were used to mature this Brandy. Intense copper colour with dark golden tones. Walnut and nougat. with toffee background and some sweet spices in the nose. Warm and smooth with a very complex finish.
