The premium selected barley a slow distillation in our small lamp glass stills and careful condensing in our traditional wooden worm tubs work together to produce this fine single malt. Described as rich fruity with a hint of sea salt and peat smoke. 43% ABV Tasting Notes: A hint of peat smoke combined with a salty maritime flavor. Citrus orangey notes are also present in both the nose and on the palate and the sweeter honeyed notes give our malt a smooth silky finish.
