Starting with Treaty Oak Experimental Whiskey we have been mastering our mash bill as well as our aging process. 50% ABV 100 Proof These are hand selected barrels with most being single barrel selects. Aged 3-4 years in first use American Oak barrels. Less Rye than most bourbons with a focus on Barley and Corn. Main mash bill is 52% corn 33% wheat and 15% barley. Tasting notes include a slight peaty nose soft oak flavor sweet corn and a mild spicy finish. 50% ABV. Limited availability and releases.
