Lemonade Mimosa

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.

Ingredients: Directions: In a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) with ice add in the jam, lemon juice, lemon zest, and gin.  Shake well and strain over ice. Garnish with fresh lemon and raspberry

Ingredients: Directions: Pour pink rimming salt on a plate. Cut a marshmallow in half and dip in the rimming salt.  Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and cream of coconut and shake with ice.  Strain over ice and garnish your glass with marshmallow ears
