Spicy Avocado Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Desert Door Sotol
  • 3 oz Triple Sec
  • 3 oz Lime Juice
  • ½ Avocado (pitted & peeled)
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • Halo del Santo garnish
  • 2 Lime wedges

Directions:

  1. Add the avocado, Sotol, triple sec, juice, jalapeno, cilantro and ice to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Garnish your glasses with Halo del Santo on the rim and pour into prepared glasses.
