Sugarplum Spritz

Ingredients:
- 4 oz Texas South Wind Plum Wine
- 8 oz dry prosecco
- Dash of bitters
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 oz maraschino cherry syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: course sugar and sugared plum slice
Directions:
- Rim glass with simple syrup and course sugar.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine wine, cherry syrup, lemon juice, and bitters.
- Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Fill prepared glasses with ice. Strain cocktail into glasses.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with sugared plum slice.
