We're a proud Sonoma company but our roots were planted when Laura Chenel learned how to make goat cheese by hand from Loire Valley artisans in Central France. Laura introduced French-style goat cheese to California sourcing ingredients from the rich local farmland and adapting her recipes to work in harmony with Sonoma's unique terroir. Our exceptionally delicious cheeses reflect the best of both these worlds: French technique filtered through the landscape and culinary traditions of Northern California.
