Ruby and golden-hued in the glass 123 Organic Extra Aejo Diablito Rojo is made from 100% organic blue agave grown on a single estate in red volcanic soils at 6 000 feet. It is aged a minimum of seven years in French white Limousin oak then finished for six more months in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of Cabernet lead into caramelized and roasted agave and complex brown spice. The palate is rich and spicy with a silky texture and layered red-wine character. Certified USDA and EU Organic. An extremely limited release of 2 000 bottles.
