2XO Two Times Oak by Dixon Dedman French Oak is part of a blending process where Dixon re-barrels his hand selected aged whiskey into new charred oak barrels for intense wood notes and extraordinarily rich complex flavors. The Oak Series is an innovative double oak technique where Dixon introduces additional charred oak to barrels with a moderate amount of rye in the mash bill. The French Oak has aromas of vanilla caramel cherry coconut and rose with caramel roasted nuts coffee cinnamon and light pepper spice on the pallet.
