Not for beginners! The single barrel cask strength expression of our Secale Rye whiskey is anything but ordinary. A small number of bottles are removed from each barrel selected for harvest and bottled uncut unfiltered and unadulterated. We like to call it The Cream and think it represents the most eccentric and varied expression of our rye whiskey. 50% ABV – 95% Colorado-grown rye 5% Colorado-grown barley – Classic open air sour mash fermentation – Distilled twice through our Vendome 4-plate pot/column still – Aged no less than 3 years in full-sized 53 gallon new American white oak barrels – Bottled at cask strength proof will vary.
