Aalborg Akvavit Jubileaum

The story aalborg jubilaeum akvavit came on the market in 1946 as a festive mark of the 100th anniversary of the launch of aalborg taffel akvavit. Hence the name. 40% abv the experience it is a golden luxury aquavit made on distillate of dill and coriander seeds and rounded with an extract of american white egg. Unlike most other aquariums it is completely free of komin seed. It gives it an elegant balanced taste of dill and coriander as the supporting forces but with good contributions from star anise citrus and caramel in the slightly smaller roles. The food it suits aalborg jubilaeum akvavit is suitable for fish and pork and is well suited for dishes with curry and food from asian cuisine. And not least it is made of a piece of carbon black.
