Boann Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey • Marsala Cask

Initially matured in ex-Bourbon Barrels with a heavy charring filled with a mixed mash bill single pot still distillate of locally grown within 25 miles of the distillery of malted barley un-malted barley oats and rye. After the initial aging the whiskey was transferred into Marsala Casks for finishing. The result is a whiskey with notes of orange and floral honey. The finish is rich and viscous with sweet marmalade cinnamon and clove.
