All of their Award-Winning bourbons feature unique red white and blue varietal heirloom corns locally grown within 5 miles of their distillery and milled on a restored 1950’s stone mill. They cook with local Lynnville creek water and 100% copper pot distill to create a full flavored bourbon. Their high corn recipe is rounded out with wheat and malted barley to create a bold bourbon bursting with notes of cherry tobacco and leather.
