This single malt from Islay is somewhat unusual as it has been matured in Bordeaux wine barrels. Incidentally it gets its name from an appellation originale of the Bordeaux vineyards: claret. Its vinous spicy character is the result of an unusual combination of traditional and red wine barrels. This version is limited to 12 000 bottles and is a curiosity not to be missed!. 56% ABV
