Cultivated in rotation with 17 different farms on the island each regional Islay Barley release showcases the influence of a merciless Atlantic environment on Islay-grown grain. The latest release in the Islay Barley series is a 2011 Vintage distilled with barley from six farms on the island: Starchmill Mulindry Island Cruach Coull and Rockside. Matured in ex-Bourbon and French wine casks and bottled 100% on Islay.
