This bourbon was made in honor of josiah newton jackson spec’s founder carol b. Jackson’s grandfather. This fine bourbon is aged to perfection and offers bold notes of clove freshly ground coffee and black pepper. The aftertaste is smooth with subtle hints of oak anise and lightly scattered vanilla. It is sturdy enough to be sipped straight or on the rocks. This is indeed a bourbon to keep in stock at all times. 45% abv 90 proof
