Distilled in November 2000 and has spend 19 years in oak barrels until bottling. It is a rare 100% Colombard. The taste is complex and very expressive with creme brle alongside a distinctive and elegant oakiness. large array of aromas - pecans maple syrup orange marmalade dates and warm coriander seeds. extremely mellow to the palate plenty of oak but it sits well with a lovely long finish.
