The Hors D’Age is a blend of 5 different years aged at least 10 years in oak barrels until the bottling. It is made of Baco Colombard Folle Blanche and Ungi-Blanc. The taste is a frank and powerful strike on the palate. With a nice balance and a great freshness. Developing hints of spices vanilla sweet brioche black pepper and candied fruit. Long finish and creamy notes of spices dried apricots and vanilla.
