A single malt aged 16 years created in collaboration with Melodie Leung of Zaha Hadid Architects to conceive this limited edition release. Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks the single malt is finished in Grahams Tawny Port pipes and 30 year old Apostoles Sherry casks with the lightest touch of exceptionally rare peated Dalmore. Notes of ripe figs Seville oranges forest fruits passion fruit lightly roasted Colombian coffee fermented black limes and brioche
