Leopoldo and Gabriel-our master distillers-add a final masterly stroke and finish aging it for an additional four months in French Limousin Oak casks to impart a luscious fruity finish. Hand-Signed Limited-Edition Bottling: To commemorate the uniqueness of this Extra Anejo every bottle was individually numbered and hand-signed by Don Pilar. This first lot was limited to 10 000 bottles.
