Carlos Camarena Curiel is the third generation Master Distiller at La Altena distillery (NOM 1139) where El Tesoro Anejo is produced. This tequila is made from 100% blue agave harvested from the Los Altos (highland) region of Jalisco. After 2 to 3 years aging in oak barrels it is bottled at 80 proof 40% ABV
