Made from the slow maceration of noir de bourgogne cassis harvested in the val de loire region. It gives to the liqueur a full and intense aroma. 20% abv tasting notes color: dark and purplish-blue in color but glowing. Nose: enchanting reveals ripe fruit with a touch of leaves and cassis buds to help the fruit achieve the maximum character. Taste: sweet but not syrupy giving powerful fruit flavors. A perfectly balanced composition. On the ice the sweetness fades reinforcing the cassis berry aromas and vegetal touches.
