Giffard Cassis Noir De Bourgogne Liqueur

Made from the slow maceration of Noir de Bourgogne Cassis harvested in the Val de Loire region. It gives to the liqueur a full and intense aroma. 20% ABV Tasting notes Color: Dark and purplish-blue in color but glowing. Nose: Enchanting reveals ripe fruit with a touch of leaves and cassis buds to help the fruit achieve the maximum character. Taste: Sweet but not syrupy giving powerful fruit flavors. A perfectly balanced composition. On the ice the sweetness fades reinforcing the cassis berry aromas and vegetal touches.
