Nose: spicy sweet aroma, not real strong but definitely there; Taste: sweet initially, takes a few seconds before a nice spicy warming, very long lasting; Finish: continued spiciness in a very long lasting finish, very surprisingly smooth for a 10 year and cask strength scotch; Overall: very good! While not as aromatic aroma as Batch 7, it also does not have the sour aftertaste of Batch 7.
