This whiskey is exclusively matured in first fill oloroso sherry oak casks from the jerez region of spain. These are some of the most prized and desired casks used by whisky makers. We bottle it at cask strength without chill-filtration to create a rich and indulgent flavor. 60. 7% abv tasting notes: color: bright gold flavor: dried fruits warm spices. Nose: dried fruit raisins apricots cinnamon liquorice. Palate: smooth and creamy spicy orange marmalade dark chocolate. Finish: long and sweet slightly dry and spicy. Food pairing: spicy jambalaya experience the flavor: dried fruit aromas of raisins and apricots are complemented with gentle notes of cinnamon and liquorice. On the palate hints of rich dark chocolate and spicy orange marmalade add depth to its smooth creaminess. This leads to a long slightly dry spicy finish.
