This one is aged for a time in Port barrels, and is probably my favorite Glenmorangie! Nose: light aroma of soft fruit *apples?) and some spice (clove or cinnamon?); Taste; nice and warming, spiciness which grows, great flavor (hard to identify); Finish: not as smooth as I would expect from a 14 year old spirit, but lingering flavors of spice, long lasting and warming, very nice; Overall – This is a very good scotch, and while it is not a port bomb, it is a fantastic value! I am a huge portwood scotch fan, and I do not think you can find a better one for the money.
