Fernet Leopold Highland Amaro

Our Fernet Leopold Mexico Amaro embraces the herbal notes of traditional fernets while offering a pronounced and entirely unique mint quality. We achieve this by steeping a flight of bitter roots in our spirit followed by rose petals elderflower chamomile and honeysuckle which lend depth and a complex finish. These ingredients will rest for weeks before they are drained and racked into Chardonnay barrels for months of aging.
