Made from Agave Mexicano which is a rare varietal from the hills of the Sierra Sur in Miahuatln Oaxaca. Bright and herbal with notes of fresh peppers peach and a hint of mint and a subtle smoke finish. Tahona crushed cooked underground in a river rock lined concave pit naturally fermented in pine wood tubs and double distilled using alembic copper stills by Mezcalero Octavio Jarquin. Nosotros also uses 100% recycled glass bottles.
