Aroma: Floral notes spice and fruit intermingled with cut green grass white tea jasmine and tangerine blossom. Very subtle oak imparts aromas of soft vanilla and custard. 40% ABV Taste: Balance of fruit florals and spicy flavors. Very clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is very light and only tempers the agave without masking it. Aging: Aged in former whiskey barrels of American oak to achieve only a light tough of wood. This allows the full range of agave aroma and taste characteristics to be delicately balanced with the oak. Summary: A distinctively complex reposado subtly aged and with just enough round tannins to give a solid structure to the triad of floral notes fruit and oak.
