Reisetbauer Zwetschken Plum Eau-de-vie

Flattering creamy fragrance reminiscent of caramel pudding bright in the aromas on the palate good chocolatey and yet without a touch of nuclei. 41.5% ABV A domestic Zwetschkensorte the Haus Plum is used as a raw material for this brandy. This ripens in September on 2 000 own trees and is only harvested when the fruits begin to dry out almost. Only then are they particularly sweet and aroma rich. The plums are finely chopped and the cores carefully removed. The mash thus obtained is fermented until all the sugar is converted into alcohol. For a liter Zwetschkenbrand about 10 kg ripe sweet plums is needed.
