From the Bittermans range of Nordic-inspired drinks comes the Salmiakki Dala Scandinavian Fernet which takes its inspiration from the intense salty licorice sweeties which are very popular in Scandinavia and also the Fernet-style of bitter amaro liqueurs. It’s made with saffron aloe licorice root sal ammoniac (which gives the drink its characteristic saltiness) anise chicory and a few other botanicals as well as caramel for color and beet sugar for balance. 38% ABV
