Crafted in the London Dry style Stirk's Gin is distilled in England before being aged for over three months in oak casks that previously held the Creative Whisky Company's prized Speyside whiskey. Made using the finest botanicals and without any artificial coloring this unfiltered gin is bottled at 92 proof with the aging process gently mellowing this herbaceous spirit. 46% ABV The result is a gin with an unusual richness that is of course highly reminiscent of Scotch. The aroma includes bouquets of vanilla toffee citrus and coriander. With a robust texture the palate follows with flavors of juniper herbs and caramel. Expect a sweet oak finish.
