Introducing a smooth buttery single malt with notes of toasted vanilla chocolate rose and ripe peaches. 43% ABV We begin with 100% Scottish malted barley hand milled and hand cooked over an open flame. Bucket-by-bucket we take tight cuts off hand-hammered copper pot stills to fine-tune our spirit by taste. Every drop of our spirit is aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain.
