Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before a further period in the highest quality Sicilian Marsala Casks. This whiskey is extremely well balanced with delicious bursts fruits on the nose & palate. Warm toffee and hazelnut open the palate with dry citrus honey and stewed apricots following.
