This hand selected single cask of The Whistler Irish Whiskey was initially matured for 10-years in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for 14-months in a Jose Maria Fonseca Moscatel cask. The result this dual process yields light spices tropical fruits dried berries caramel and a light nuttiness. From cask number 1020.
