The color is a beautiful deep brownish ruby. The nose is light and sweet with hints of maple brown sugar fruits vanilla and oak. The flavor is reminiscent of maple oatmeal and toasted cereal caramel vanilla berries and toasted almonds. The finish is a light American oak and honey. 40% ABV 80 Proof
