The Small Batch Bourbon is a younger and lighter flavor profile version of their Legacy Reserve Bourbon, aged at a minimum of 12 months in Treaty Oak's on site Rickhouse in the Texas heat. Light caramel in color with a very subtle sweet wheat nose, kettle corn and soft oak palate, and a short but sweet finish.
