Treaty Oak Rum

O the rich flavor and smooth taste of our flagship product treaty oak rum has established it as the premier texas rum. 40% abv 80 proof we use only texas molasses and hill country spring water as our base ingredients. To this mixture we add a proprietary strain of yeast that adds subtle distinguishing flavor notes in the finished product. Once fully fermented we distil this wash in our state of the art stills. The result of our techniques is a modern evolution of an old-world spirit. Tasting notes: nose: the first notes of mineral on the nose are quickly replaced by enticing dark chocolate and sweet sugar cookies. Taste: soft earth tones and vanilla bean flavors present a full mouthfeel throughout.
