Uncle Vals Peppered Gin

Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin is their take on a more exotic gin in their already highly stylized line. Along with Juniper the botanicals include charred red bell peppers (a first in gin as far as we know) black pepper and pimento. We’ve opted to list this as a flavored gin to signal its departure from the norm though it’s not flavored in any sense of flavored with other ingredients after it’s made but simply uses very unusual botanicals in the gin-production itself. 45% ABV 90 Proof
