This is our unique take on Gin. It is a botanical blend of Juniper Coriander and Orange Peel. We distill it with Whole Cinnamon sticks and finish it on Sassafras Wood where it rests for a minimum of three months. The botanicals are not overpowering and the aging process offers a mellow drinkability that you won’t find in traditional Gins. 40% ABV 80 Proof
