Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro

Created in 1845 in milan by ettore pumpkin this italian amaro is made from rhubarb along with other natural flavors. It takes the taste by the main ingredient following infusion for about 10 days the stems of the plant which give it a distinctive sweet-sour flavor. The infusion also includes bitter orange cardamom seeds and a secret blend of aromatic herbs with the ability to combine everything in a very low alcohol content which confirms always a classic taste. 16% abv deep and intense ebony color the nose reveals distinct and explosives rhubarb and propolis together with a bunch of herbs and medicinal plants. The taste impact is strong and pleasantly bitter balanced and with a decided sweetness perception in a long bitter finish.
