The wine is a blend of 40% Syrah/25% Petit Sirah/15% Cinsault/15% Carignan/5% Grenache sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards. It is aged in 30% new French oak for 18 months. It has a purple red color with well formed legs almost dry and medium full bodied with balanced acidity and medium chewy phenolics. Grapey and rustic it offers black fruit dusty earth and oak with black pepper and coffee grounds that welcomes the sweetness of fruit. Bear Score: 91 Points
