At Domaine de la Grande Seouve home of AIX Rose harvest started on Sepember 8th 2016 to end on October 6th. The exceptionally dry winter and spring combined with a very hot summer resulted in excellent quality of the grapes. The harvest started very early in the morning t ensure the freshness of the fruits. Moreover the winery has invested this year in a cooling technique to further refresh the grapes arriving in the cellar.
