Castello Banfi San Angelo Toscana IGT Pinot Grigio

Production area: estate vineyards in the southern hills of montalcino. Altitude: 300 meters above sea level. Position: hillside. Method of production: selective grape harvest. The temperature-controlled fermentation (15-18°c) of the free-run juice is followed by storage at low temperature which leaves a small and natural effervescence. A few months after the harvest before the year ends bottling takes place. The winemaker comment: this 100% pinot grigio belongs to castello banfi estate-bottled single-varietals range. Thanks to the montalcino microclimate our tuscan pinot grigio adds to the typical aromas of this variety an unusual body flavour and balance.
