A long cool fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks ensures the aromatic perfumes crisp fruit-forward flavors and full body with a toasted oak finish. Aromatics of citrus and flowers gardenia with hints of passion fruit toasted vanilla and oak. Deep balanced fruit on the palate with a rich and creamy mid-palate of citrus and tropical fruit finishing with lingering citrus fruit and balanced toasted oak. Enjoy now or age 3-5 years.
